$140K stolen boat found; man arrested

KEY LARGO -- A man was arrested Thursday in Miami for allegedly stealing a custom-made boat worth about $140,000 from a Key Largo campground in August. The boat was found abandoned March 30 in Miami-Dade County.

Yadiel Valera, 22, was charged with grand theft.
