Last call for storm model input

Local opinions sought on hurricane evacuation model

Florida Keys residents will get their final say Monday on a hurricane evacuation model that ultimately could set limits on the amount of future development allowed on the island chain.

Keys and state officials are working on a computer model to accurately determine how long it would take to evacuate everyone before a hurricane made landfall.

Simply widen the chanel.... The cruise ship industry will owe us , and they don't have anything going on because of the storm . We all win ! And it will ease traffic for us bums that have cars and pay taxes for the roads. Simple right?
