Mr. Atwell holds the local record as the worst developer in the history of the Florida Keys. His stink bombs include, but are not limited to, Harbor House, Kings Pointe Marina, Playa Crystal, Angler's Reef, and Flagler Village. He was also involved in the fleecing of the taxpayers with the Hickory House sham. He does not have resources to complete the proposed White Street project. He is merely being used by the money men for his local face and network of politicians and greasers to get the proposed project slid down the tracks. His so called "love for this island" is purely lust for development.
