If engine's running, it's drunken driving

KEY WEST -- Police put a 22-year-old Key West woman in a hobble strap after she resisted arrest Saturday, according to a police incident report.

The woman, whose occupation is listed as a teacher's assistant, was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and resisting arrest.
